Running page will be added soon. In the meantime, I advocate trying to train at 180 strides per minute, which is a little higher than most people are used to. If you're at 177, 180 will fee very noticeably different. 
Historically some coaches have used metronomes to increase runner's stride rate, but I use an MP3 player with 180bpm music. "Turning Japanese" by the Vapors is my favorite, but I also put several of the DJ-SteveBoy 180bpm dance music mixes on my playlists, they're typically an hour or so long each.
